I started coming to Roy Orthodontics at 16 years old I am now 20 and it has been an absolute pleasure going there. Dr. Roy has created an amazing team of very kind, caring and knowledgeable individuals. Everyone from Doctors, technicians and receptionists are truly remarkable. I had braces for 2 years and have been coming back for follow up retainer visits. Every time I come back I always feel the same love and welcoming atmosphere like the first time I walked in. At this practice you aren’t treated like a patient, you are treated like family.

My experience with Dr. Roy and his team over the past (almost) 2 1/2 years has been excellent. From scheduling/rescheduling appointments, emergency visits, payment schedule, surgeries, diet adjustments, retainers, and so much more, everyone has made it so I have had a great experience. Dr. Roy and his team are so genuine and passionate about their work it shows. Not only have they been with me through every treatment, they are just as invested in making sure I am satisfied with all the steps involved in getting a beautiful smile. Thank you Dr. Roy and team!

As both a patient and a mom with four children who either have braces or will be starting treatment, I am very grateful to have Dr. Roy and his staff leading our journey. From our initial consultation we felt welcomed and I loved how Dr. Roy took the time to explain the "why" behind the treatment plans and answer all questions, concerns and options instead of just telling us the plan. Everyone is extremely friendly, happy, professional and knowledgeable. I was greeted upon entering and called back on time. I never felt like my time in the chair was being rushed and Dr. Roy was involved in every one of my visits! My treatment has now been completed and I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Roy & his staff are more than wonderful. I would recommend this practice 10x if I could. They are amazing at what they do, especially Dr. Roy for understanding my past situation with my teeth. I’m so grateful & happy to have been a patient here for many years. The staff knows what they’re doing and is always so nice. I can’t thank you guys enough for dealing with my crazy teeth!

My son was need of palate expanders and braces and Dr. Roy and his staff have been such a blessing to us! He was only 8 years of age when this was all needed and they treated him with such professionalism and ease! Dr. Roy has such a love and compassion for his patients and families! What could have been a nightmare for my son was actually the exact opposite because of his expertise in this field. Karen, Sandy and the whole office staff is amazing!!! I would highly recommend this practice who is need of their services! Thank you Dr. Roy and staff for helping our son! May God continue to bless your wonderful practice and employees!!
